How FEAR can Serve You (by bashar)

Fear means that you believe, that a scenario that you very much do not want to happen, is very likely to happen!

So fear lets you know that you are believing in a reality that you do not prefer. So, fear can serve you, by being an "indicator", or an "alarm", that lets you know that "Hey, I'm believing in a reality that is not at all aligned with my Being!"

Once you become aware of this, you can choose to change your belief, so such frightening scenarios will no longer pop up in your reality.

#1. Get in touch with the Belief that is causing this fear.
Ask yourself: "What would I have to believe, in order to end up being afraid of this right now?"

#2. Once you get in touch with the Belief that is generating this fear, then
Acknowledge that this is your current Believe. "Own" it. (You can not change what you do not own.)

#3. Ask yourself: "What Belief would I like to REPLACE this Belief with?"

#4. Once you decide what your new preferred Belief is, accept it. Adopt it. Breath it in. TRUST that this new Belief is now active and functioning in your Being. (You don't need to "get rid of" the old Belief. You only need to replace it with your preferred Belief.)
Get into the Mind-Set of the new Belief.
Get into the Emotional-Feeling State of the new Belief.
Get into the Body-Language and Actions of the new Belief.

Since everything I seem to be reading about these days turns to the idea that a persons belief holds the question and the answer, I have to ask... Does the method above actually effect the desired change? or Does the old belief find its way to dominance again?

Hi Mi-lyn,

thanks for your question. Changing a belief and trusting that your new belief (or knowledge) is true just as much (or more) than you trusted your 'old' belief will be all that is needed for you to change your outlook on life and thus also your behavior and other facets of you will change too. There are layers to most people's belief systems and the closer to your core you get, the more wide ranging and transformational the effects will be from making that change.

I find that in allowing myself to truly change I experience relief that what I used to believe to be true is no longer true for me (where it is a belief that I did not prefer to carry around with me) and this is the moment of realised change. from there on you only need to continue trusting that you are the creator of your reality and that you do not need to wait any time to see the changes 'take effect', you will soon see the symbols in your life change and will be unlikely to switch back to the old belief.

you do not need to see either belief as having dominance, they are simply equal choices, the sensation that there is a competition going on in your belief system is part of why beliefs are often 'sticky' and seem difficult to change.

Does that help?

cheers,
Nick

Thank you for the response Nick.
I hear what you are saying and me thinks I will go in this direction... I have read about beliefs and a few processes on how one can change/skew those that are already in place.
I know that beliefs are as easy as one chooses to change or replace, I think was looking for the personal experience side of the process stated here. Somehow I feel that there are things/parts of a persons belief system that are deeper then others and perhaps a little more difficult to alter and/or change because of what holds them in place. Was curious how effective this process is/was for individuals... feeling like the answer is out there (somewhere else for me) to the question I have in my head.

Ah ok, well, there are core beliefs which are the seeds from which entire trees of beliefs grow.
Identifying these and changing them WILL deliver massive changes in your reality rapidly.. It is AMAZING the speed at which this can happen.. i.e. within seconds or instantaneously.
I don't talk about this much but I have on numerous occaissions witnessed the 'impossible' after having done this.. ;)

hmm.. an example.. Well.. A good one is my beliefs about ET races.. I never gave them much thought and generally always thought, like most people, that they must be 'out there' but not likely to come near earth or everyone would see them all the time.. the moment I had reason to believe they were already here I made close up contact.. (well a few days later)..

Other transformations have been of a more personal nature as I rewire my internal worldview regarding myself and other humans etc.

I highly recommend you use this tool that was delivered by Bashar to assist in uncovering your inner core beliefs, if you really want to make expansive changes:

Relax, take deep breaths..
Then follow the line from the outer circles all the way to the inner center with your eyes.
Do this with the intention of accessing your core beliefs.
Then reverse the path with the intention of coming back with increased awareness of core beliefs.

you may find yourself seeing images, having new thoughts etc..

yet what is REALLY astounding is that the synchronicity in your life will directly reflect some of your core beliefs that are most ripe for transformation.. Try it.. if you like.. :)
I have only done this once and I was hugely aware of the effects for about 2 weeks...

Since then I have not been so hugely conscious of it yet the process continues all-ways..

:)

Nick, you are good stuff.

not so sure I want to go over board into the depths of all that is going on with me here in this moment - feeling a bit guarded and cut off from the interworkings of 'one' at this time in my life.

There is a part of me that understands the entire process of beliefs, what kinds there are, where they stem from, and ways to change them.... this conversation was helpful in me realizing that the information is so new that there is yet to be a collectio of information available to the masses for where I am and what I want to know of the inter-workings of belief work upon other processes... perhaps this is my calling to find the information. :)
