Greetings all,
Here is a pdf book about the 'master cleanse', a type of fruit cleanse which can detoxify your body cells quite effectively. I have done it once so far and it really was an amazing experience to be 'reset' on so many sensory levels.

no probs khan, I also recommend adding some bicarbonate of soda into the mix.. This will help balance the PH of the drink and also gives it a lemonade style taste; easier to swallow.. :)
