Life Cycles
This
simple tool demonstrates an extremely helpful way of understanding
yourself and your life progression. It was shared by Bashar
(www.bashar.org) and
demonstrates that there is a basic cyclical pattern to our
persona(l) development as we grow up to our 49th year. Each major
cycle of 7 years represents one of the 7 chakras and contains
within it another cycle whereby the focus is on each of the chakras
for one year each. This means that there is a focus on each chakra
for a period of 7 years with a specific relationship to each of the
other chakras, allowing a blending of the energies to be
