- I'm bit staggered and amazed at the moment, having read the post that is my introduction to this site. I heard about ascension years ago, and guess, on some level, I've known that's what's happening. Just, I've been on a long journey through a more ordinary reality for the last ten years, which was somehow part of my process. To be alone in fearful ordinary consciousness whilst I encountered my shadow and learnt to embrace all that I am. Lately, it feels as if I'm stepping out of that. As if all the therapy, yoga, meditating, practicing using visualisation and affirmation to more consciously create my reality...so many other tools and ways of clearing and opening my energy...finally there's a quickening, a shifting. As if they've all been tools gathering ready for take off. Then recently journeying into Spirit through my imagination - with a Shaman who came to me in a dream. All quite bonkers sounding to my ordinary friends and coworkers. But reading this post about ascension, the choice being made by some, the spiralling upwards into a more consciously created reality - it is so beautiful, and right.
